Editorial Policy

1. Our commitment

Indochina Link Vietnam publishes content about accounting, tax, labor law, and corporate compliance in Vietnam. This is YMYL content (Your Money Your Life): decisions based on our articles can affect your business financially and legally. We take that responsibility seriously.

Every article on this website is written, reviewed, and maintained by licensed professionals with direct experience serving foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam. We don't publish content on topics outside our domain expertise.

2. Who writes our content

All content is authored by members of our professional team. Each author holds relevant qualifications:

• CPA-licensed partners: Our founding partners hold Certificates of Practice issued by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. They author and review all tax, accounting, and financial compliance content.
• Licensed practitioners: Articles on specific topics (labor law, company formation, work permits) are written by team members with direct operational experience in those areas.
• No ghost-written or outsourced content: We don't commission content from freelance writers or content agencies. Every article reflects firsthand knowledge from our team's daily client work.

Each article credits its author and reviewer in the byline. You can verify their credentials on our Team page.

3. Editorial review process

Every article goes through a structured review before publication:

1. Drafting: The author writes the article based on current regulations, citing specific Vietnamese laws, decrees, and circulars by number (e.g., Decree 252/2026/ND-CP, Circular 89/2026/TT-BTC).
2. Technical review: A second team member (typically a CPA-licensed partner) reviews the article for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory correctness.
3. Citation verification: All legal references are cross-checked against official Vietnamese government sources to confirm current status (active, amended, or superseded).
4. Publication: Only after both the author and reviewer approve does the article go live.

4. How we cite regulations

Vietnamese regulations change frequently. Our citation standards ensure you can verify every claim we make:

• Specific references: We cite laws, decrees, and circulars by their full number and issuing authority, not vague references to "Vietnamese law" or "current regulations."
• Article-level precision: Where applicable, we reference specific articles and clauses within a regulation, not just the regulation title.
• Effective dates: We note when regulations take effect, especially during transition periods where old and new rules overlap.
• Currency disclaimer: Every regulatory article includes a note stating the date it was last verified.

5. Content updates and corrections

Vietnamese tax and corporate law undergoes frequent amendment. We maintain our published content through:

• Proactive monitoring: When new laws, decrees, or circulars are issued, we review affected articles and update them accordingly.
• Fact-checking audits: We periodically audit published articles using automated citation verification tools and manual review to catch outdated references.
• Transparent corrections: If we identify an error, we correct it promptly. Material corrections are noted in the article.
• Reader feedback: If you spot an inaccuracy, please email us at info@indochinalink.com. We investigate and correct confirmed errors within 5 business days.

6. AI usage disclosure

We use AI tools as part of our content workflow. Full transparency on what AI does and doesn't do in our process:

• Translation assistance: AI helps translate content between English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. All translations are reviewed by native-speaking professionals before publication.
• Research and citation verification: AI search tools help us locate and cross-reference Vietnamese regulations, verify whether decrees have been amended or superseded, and confirm effective dates. Our team validates every finding against official sources.
• TL;DR summaries: The brief summaries at the top of articles are AI-generated and clearly labeled. Each summary is verified by the article author for accuracy.
• AI does not author our content. All regulatory analysis, tax interpretations, professional recommendations, and practical guidance originate from our licensed team members' direct experience.

7. Editorial independence

Our content reflects our professional judgment. We maintain editorial independence in the following ways:

• We don't accept payment for publishing articles or featuring specific products, services, or companies in our content.
• Service pages clearly describe what we offer. Blog articles provide objective regulatory guidance regardless of whether the topic relates to our services.
• When an article naturally relates to a service we provide, we include a relevant link, but the regulatory information in the article stands on its own merit and is not influenced by commercial considerations.

8. Credentials and licensing

Indochina Link Viet Nam Company Limited holds Certificate of Eligibility for Provision of Accounting Services No. 157/KDKET, issued by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam on January 25, 2021. This license authorizes our CPAs to sign and take legal responsibility for client financial statements.

Our credentials are publicly verifiable on our Credentials page.

9. Professional disclaimer

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Vietnamese regulations change frequently, so information may not reflect the most current developments at the time you read it.

Always consult qualified professionals licensed in Vietnam before making business, tax, or financial decisions. Accessing this website does not create a professional-client relationship with Indochina Link Vietnam.
