Biography
Lam Phuoc Thiet (Ken Lam) is a Certified Public Accountant (License #5947/KTV) (CPA Vietnam) and holder of an MBA with a distinguished career spanning over a decade in high-level assurance and corporate finance.
Currently serving as the Vice Director of International Audit and Valuation Company Limited (IAV), Thiet acts as the Quality Service Advisor for Indochina Link, ensuring that our accounting and advisory services meet the rigorous standards of international compliance.

Big 4 Assurance Leadership (2019–2021): Served as Audit Manager for large and listed entities, including Duoc Hau Giang Joint Stock Company , China Steel Sumikin Vietnam Joint Stock Company , and Viet Tien Garment Corporation.
IFRS Transformation Project: Provided high-level IFRS Consultation for Thanh Thanh Cong Group (TTC Group), advising on the major change from VAS to IFRS reporting standards.
Internal Control Establishment (Sankyu Group): Provided deep-dive consultancy to establish the internal control department to monitor the accounting team and the change from the Mikichi to the A/X system, synchronized with the Singapore IT team.
Transaction Advisory (Mondelēz/Kinh Đô): Performed financial due diligence for Mondelēz International, Inc. in their acquisition of a stake in Kinh Do Food, a project assigned by Deloitte Singapore.
Treasury Automation (Home Credit Vietnam): As Head of Treasury, was responsible for the setup of cash management, automation in the payment system, and the preparation of long-term funding plans.
