Tiffany Nguyen

Nguyen Thuy Tien (Tiffany Nguyen) is an FCCA-qualified accounting professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, and cross-border cash flow management across businesses operating in the US, Europe, and Asia.

At Indochina Link Vietnam, Tiffany serves as Advisor and Accounting Manager, leading the accounting and financial advisory practice for foreign-invested enterprises (FDI). She works directly with business owners, CFOs, and regional leadership to design robust internal controls, ensure statutory tax compliance, and streamline financial reporting in fast-paced international environments.

Prior to joining ICLV, Tiffany spent over 7 years at Vistra Services Vietnam (formerly Tricor Services Vietnam), where she rose to Accounting Manager leading a 15-member team delivering IFRS/VAS reporting, statutory tax audits, and compliance solutions. Her standout achievements include securing a 99% VAT refund within 40 days for a solar energy FDI project (achieving VND 3B in tax savings), facilitating VND 14B in profit repatriation to overseas parent companies, and establishing turnkey accounting and reporting frameworks for 5 new FDI companies.

Most recently, as Senior Accountant at Crossian Vietnam, she managed group consolidation and monthly closing across 9 international entities for a high-growth US-headquartered group ($200M revenue), overseeing complex D2C payment reconciliations (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer), cash flow forecasting, and US/Canada/China tax filings.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Business (Major in Accounting) from James Cook University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
