This foundation gave him a deep understanding of how to handle financial and tax reviews for FDI enterprises and communicate effectively with corporate offices overseas.
He then joined Tricor Services Vietnam (now Vistra) as Head of Finance and Tax Compliance Services, serving 8+ years at one of the largest Corporate Services firms for Foreign Invested Companies in Vietnam. During his time at Tricor, Steven spearheaded the deployment of RPA solutions for Starbucks Vietnam's Account Payable Automation, streamlining service delivery and reducing manual workload through BOTs.
At ICLV, Steven leads AI and hyper-automation initiatives, applying RPA and AI-driven solutions for accounting, tax, and payroll for major clients including Starbucks (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore) and Highlands Coffee Vietnam.
